True Pitching Development

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

True Pitching Development ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

When you apply through our website, we collect the information you provide directly, which may include:

  • Athlete name and age
  • Parent/guardian name (if applicable)
  • Email address and phone number
  • Program interest and training goals

This information is submitted through a Google Form and stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to True Pitching Development.

If you use our training portal to track workouts, we store the athlete's first name and the training information logged (exercises, weights, reps, and notes entered).

How We Use Information

  • To respond to applications and schedule sessions
  • To build and adjust individualized training programs
  • To communicate with you about training, scheduling, or billing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising purposes.

Children's Information

Our Youth Program serves athletes as young as 8. Application information is submitted by a parent or guardian on the athlete's behalf. For athletes using the online training portal, we collect only a first name and training log entries — no photos, no additional personal details. We recommend parents/guardians manage and share their athlete's training portal link directly.

If you are a parent or guardian and have questions about your child's information, or would like it removed, contact us using the information below.

Third-Party Services

We use Google Forms and Google Sheets to collect and store application information, and Instagram to share training content. These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.

Your Choices

You can request to review, update, or delete the information we have on file at any time by contacting us.
