These terms apply to the True Pitching Development website and online training portal. By using either, you agree to the following.
Baseball training, including pitching, strength training, and throwing programs, carries an inherent risk of injury. By participating in any True Pitching Development program, you acknowledge this risk. Athletes and/or their parent or guardian should consult a physician before beginning any new training program, especially athletes returning from injury.
Package pricing, session rates, and minimum commitment terms (such as the 6-month minimum for Remote Training or 3-month minimum for the 2-Day Small Group program) are as described on our website at the time of enrollment. Questions about billing should be directed to us directly.
Our website and training portal are provided "as is." We don't guarantee specific performance outcomes (such as velocity gains or roster placement) from any training program.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or training portal after changes means you accept the updated terms.
